Written estimates are provided prior to work commencement. Estimates are based on visible and measurable conditions at the time of assessment. Hidden or concealed damage discovered during the work process may require a revised scope of work and updated pricing. We will notify you before proceeding with any work beyond the original estimate.
For service requests and scheduled appointments, we make every effort to respond promptly. Travel fees or assessment rates may apply, which will be disclosed prior to scheduling.
Payment is due upon completion of each phase of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Interest may accrue on overdue balances. We reserve the right to place a lien on the property for unpaid services in accordance with applicable state law.
GreenBridge Disposal carries general liability insurance. Our liability for services rendered is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage that was not accessible or visible at the time of our assessment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards. Written warranties on specific work will be provided separately when applicable. This warranty does not cover damage from subsequent events, acts of nature, or conditions outside our control.
